2. User Accounts
To tap into specific premium experiences or booking parameters, you might be prompted to construct an authorized registration profile. You accept absolute accountability for:

- Ensuring all informational points updated on your user profile remain strictly current, valid, and authentic.
- Notifying our tech teams immediately upon noticing any security vulnerabilities or suspicious account activities.
3. Payments & Billing
When booking an event, ticket, or experiential package through our interface, you guarantee that the financial parameters provided are valid and that you possess complete legal authorization to utilize the chosen payment instrument.
Refund Policy Framework: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of a booked event are eligible for full reimbursement. Any cancellations requested within the 72-hour window will incur a 50% operational reservation penalty.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The total visual matrix, text arrays, styling code layouts, media assets, vector structures, logo configurations, and operational architectures housed within Hue Experiences remain the exclusive property of our brand entity and are protected under global copyright, trademark, and trade-secret provisions.
You are strictly restricted from copying, broadcasting, redistributing, or scraping our assets without an express written consent document signed by our executive administration team.
5. Prohibited Conduct
While utilizing our ecosystem, you explicitly pledge to avoid executing any actions that fall under the following structural categories:

7. Account Termination
We preserve the absolute unilateral right to flag, freeze, or completely terminate user accounts, digital access profiles, or upcoming event allocations at our independent discretion, without notification, if structural breaches of these Terms and Conditions are verified.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are completely anchored, contextualized, and managed under the operational legal statutes of the State of New Jersey, United States, without enforcing any active conflict-of-law principles. Any litigation matters must be processed exclusively within relevant state or federal courts located inside New Jersey.
